Registers a Status.

Parameters:

identifier - A unique identifier for the Status. This is automatically namespaced by mod ID.

status - The Status to register.

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - If a Status is already registered with the provided identifier and the same mod ID.

UnsupportedOperationException - Registries are already frozen.
